Jasmine Lee is a senior at Los Alamitos High School and this is her second year with the Griffin Gazette and her first year as an editor. She is a member of CSF and Literature Appreciation Club and acts as a co-student representative for the Los Alamitos and Rossmoor Friends of the Library Board. During her year in journalism, she hopes write more news and opinion articles while focusing on different points of view. Jasmine returned to the journalism class this year because she loves the close-knit community of the class and reporting on different topics. With the help of her classmates, she hopes to create a strong news community dedicated to sharing stories local to her area.
