Photo essay: Is November a winter or fall month?

People already have winter decorations up, but is it still fall?

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — With Thanksgiving break approaching, a debate has arisen. Is November a month to put up decorative leaves? Maybe even put up an inflatable turkey in our yards? Or is time to turn on that Christmas music and get a tree to decorate with the family?

Some locations in the community have already put up fall decor, like the Los Alamitos High School Media Center. But, walking around the city of Los Alamitos, some people have their homes decorated with Christmas lights and inflatables. Others even have their Christmas trees up already. People who strongly believe it is winter time seem ready to snuggle up with some hot cocoa and watch Christmas movies, but there are still people who are excited for Thanksgiving before winter time comes. The debate continues!
