Ally Mendez, Staff Writer
Ally is a senior at Los Alamitos High School, this is her first year in journalism. She enjoys sewing and doing anything creative. She's always loved reading which fostered a love for writing early on and looks forward to being able to write about current events, opinion pieces and sharing her love for art through writing. In her free time she loves to crochet and make things for the Seal Beach Animal Care Center as well as pitching in volunteer work with them. Aside from that she loves learning new instruments primarily specializing in the bass guitar.
